I biglietti sono strettamente nominativi.
Non sarà possibile la modifica, sostituzione o il trasferimento dei biglietti acquistati.
La registrazione in persona sarà il giorno Giovedì 25 Luglio dalle 16:30 alle 19:00 direttamente alla Palestra Monumentale - Foro Italico - P.zza Lauro De Bosis 15 dove potrai ritirare il tuo tesserino d’ingresso mostrando il biglietto che hai ricevuto dopo il pagamento.
Se partecipi al Workshop dal 29 Luglio potrai ritirare il tesserino d’ingresso Domenica 28 Luglio alle ore 16:00, prima della conferenza.Â
Il tuo tesserino d’ingresso sarà importantissimo perché ti servirà per accedere alla classe guidata della prima serie, ogni mattina: non perderlo o dimenticarti di ritirarlo!
- POLITICA DI CANCELLAZIONE

- Prima del 25 MAGGIO 2024
sarà possibile il rimborso della cifra versata con una trattenuta quantificata in 70 € per le spese amministrative, di segreteria e di organizzazione e progettazione dell’evento.Â
- Dopo il 25 MAGGIO 2024
Non sarà possibile alcun rimborso per alcun motivo. Ci riserviamo di valutare casi eccezionali (eg malattie importanti certificate, lutti etc) insieme a Sharath Jois a cui spetta la valutazione finale.Â
Ashtanga Yoga Susanna Finocchi- AYSF di Susanna Finocchi si riserva il diritto di cancellare la registrazione confermata e rimborsare la quota versata escluse le spese amministrative (costo del servizio di ticketing, costo della piattaforma online per l'elaborazione dei pagamenti).
- CANCELLAZIONE/ANNULLAMENTO/RIPROGRAMMAZIONE DELL’EVENTOÂ
In caso di cancellazione dell’evento verrà rimborsata la quota versata, escluse le spese amministrative (costo del servizio di ticketing, costo della piattaforma online per l'elaborazione dei pagamenti).
Ashtanga Yoga Susanna Finocchi- AYSF di Susanna Finocchi si riserva il diritto di cancellare la registrazione confermata e rimborsare la quota versata escluse le spese amministrative suddette.Â
In caso di annullamento dell’evento per malattia o impedimento dei soggetti proponenti o cause di forza maggiore, lo stesso verrà riprogrammato a data futura e l’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di valutare se rimborsare le quote o mantenerle valide fino al futuro svolgimento dell’evento.
AYSF di Susanna Finocchi non è responsabile direttamente o indirettamente per la mancata partecipazione ad eventi concomitanti al Workshop in oggetto o sue modifiche o riprogrammazioni o cancellazioni.
L'accordo sull'acquisto della partecipazione a un evento tramite AYSF di Susanna Finocchi è soggetto alla legge italiana e qualsiasi controversia tra AYSF e un partecipante pagante deve essere risolta secondo la legge italiana con giurisdizione del foro competente.
- TERMINI E CONDIZIONI
Quando i partecipanti si registrano al workshop accettano di rispettare l'iscrizione al proprio turno di pratica e di non cambiare l’orario.Â
Quando acquistano tramite il nostro sito Web e/o piattaforme di ticketing ad esso collegate, i partecipanti accettano e aderiscono a queste condizioni, come appaiono di seguito, applicabili a qualsiasi accordo con Ashtanga Yoga Susanna Finocchi - AYSF di Susanna Finocchi tramite www.sharathjoisrome.com. Il contratto di acquisto è soggetto alle regole generali della legge italiana e può essere considerato definitivo solo quando AYSF ha registrato e confermato la registrazione e ricevuto il pagamento.
- Variazioni
Si raccomanda di controllare nel sito/pagina facebook e tutti i social media le informazioni relative all’evento per verificare eventuali modifiche agli orari. AYSF di Susanna Finocchi si riserva il diritto di modificare i dettagli dell’evento (luogo, date, orari) e non si assume la responsabilità di avvertire i partecipanti in caso di eventuali modifiche che non potranno essere considerate in nessun caso equivalenti alla cancellazione dell’evento in oggetto.
- Tesserino di ingresso
Il tesserino d’ingresso è nominativo, non sarà possibile accedere all’evento senza, con un tesserino d’ingresso falsificato, non nominativo o riportante nomi/date differenti rispetto alla legittima proprietà /giorno di utilizzo, un documento di identità verrà richiesto per verificare la corretta proprietà delle stesse. Non sarà possibile alcuna sostituzione o rimborso per i tesserini d’ingresso rovinati o smarriti.
- Correttezza datiÂ
È responsabilità di chi sottoscrive la prenotazione controllare la correttezza delle informazioni fornite ed effettuare il pagamento secondo i dettagli forniti.
I partecipanti all’evento accettano il trattamento dei loro dati personali e sensibili in ottemperanza al GDPR (regolamento privacy europeo).

The tickets are strictly personal.
It will not be possible to modify, replace or transfer purchased tickets.
You then have to pick up your entry-card at the registration on Thursday 25 July between 4:30-7 pm straight at Palestra Monumentale -Foro Italico- in Pzza Lauro de Bosis 15 and remember to bring the ticket which you received after the payment.
If you are joining the workshop from 29 July you can pick up your entry-card on Sunday 28 July at 16:00, before the conference.
Entry cards will have to be shown every morning upon arrival to get access: please don't forget to pick it up or don't loose it!
- CANCELLATION
- Before 25th of MAY 2024
The paid amount will be refunded less a calculated fee of 70€ for administrative, secretaryship, organization and planning event costs.
- After 25th of MAY 2024
There will be no refund for any reasons. We reserve the possibility to evaluate extraordinary circumstances (eg serious certificated diseases, mourning etc) together with Sharath Jois from whom the final decision is taken.
Ashtanga Yoga Susanna Finocchi - AYSF of Susanna Finocchi may reserve the right of cancelling the confirmed registration and refunding the amount, less the administrative fees (ticketing services, online platform for payments etc).
- CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING OF THE EVENT
In case the event is cancelled the amount will be refunded less the administrative fees (ticketing services, online platform for payments etc).
In case of cancellation of the event due to illness of the proponents or due to force majeure, it will be rescheduled to a new date and the organizers may reserve the right to decide to refund the fee or keep it valid to the new rescheduled event.
AYSF of Susanna Finocchi is not directly or indirectly responsible for any inconvenience due to the missed participation of any events linked to the Workshop or its change, rescheduling or cancellation.
Participation purchase agreements in an event through AYSF di Susanna Finocchi are subject to Italian law and any discrepancy between AYSF of Susanna Finocchi and a paying participant shall be settled by Italian law with jurisdiction of the competent court.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When participants register for the workshop they agree to respect the enrollment in their practice shift and not to change the timetable.
By purchase via our website and or related online ticketing platform, participants accept and accede these terms and conditions as they appear below concerning any agreement with Ashtanga Yoga Susanna Finocchi, AYSF di Susanna Finocchi through www.sharathjoisrome.com.
Agreement of purchase follows Italian law’s common rules and cannot be determined final until AYSF has confirmed registration and participation and payment has been received.
- Variations/Changes
It is recommended to check the website/facebook page and all the social media in order to stay updated for any possible timing variations. AYSF of Susanna Finocchi may reserve the right to modify the details of the event (venue, dates, timings) and it is not responsible to inform the participants in case of possible changes which in any case will be not considered equivalent to the cancellation of the event itself .
It is however the participant’s clear responsibility to stay updated and informed regarding any changes in the events via related websites, social media etc.
- Entry card
The entry card is personal, it is the proof of access to the event. It is not allowed to enter the event without it, or with a falsified entry card, without or having different names/dates than the legitimate owner/dates and an identity document can be requested as a proof of correct ownership. It will be no possible to issue new entry cards if lost or damaged.
- Correct information and data
It is participant’s responsibility to check and give the correct information when they submit the enrollment and to make the payment according to the given instructions.
The participants consent to their personal data treatment according to the european law, GDPR (privacy european regulation).
