Siamo molto felici ed onorati di ospitare per la prima volta a Roma il nostro amato Maestro Paramaguru Sharath Jois per un workshop di sei giorni, da Venerdì 26 a Mercoledì 31 Luglio 2024.
Sharath Jois vive e insegna a Mysore, in India, dove centinaia di studenti vengono da tutto il mondo per studiare con lui in qualità di attuale detentore del lignaggio dell’Ashtanga Yoga.
È una preziosa occasione da non perdere in cui potremo incontrarlo con cuore e mente aperti e praticare insieme, per sei giorni e ascoltarlo durante la conferenza.
Sperimenteremo un unico respiro e ritmo, saremo immersi in una potente e gioiosa energia collettiva indirizzata e sostenuta dal conteggio tradizionale sanscrito e dalla ritmica ed energetica guida di SharathJi.

We are very pleased and honoured to host for the very first time in Rome, Italy our beloved Master Paramaguru Sharath Jois, for a six days workshop, from Friday 26th till Wednesday 31th of July 2024.
Sharath Jois lives and teaches in Mysore, India, where hundreds of students from all over the world every year come to study with him. He is the current lineage holder of the Ashtanga Yogas tradition.
This is a unique and most precious opportunity to meet him directly in the eternal city of Rome where we all with open hearts and minds will practice together and get to hear him talk about yoga on the conference.
We will move joyfully together in joint experience of the practice to the rhythm of breath and movement, being immersed in the powerfull group energy, which Sharathji guides and sustains by his traditional sanskrit counting and energetic voice.
We will have intense and memorable days sharing this marvelous and magic event - be sure to join us!

🇮🇹 L’ingresso si trova in piazza lauro de Bosis 15 (a destra e di fronte dell’obelisco guardando lo stadio Olimpico) dove si può comodamente parcheggiare. Tutte le palestre e gli attrezzi vengono sanificati secondo le direttive ministeriali per la prevenzione al Covid-19.
🇬🇧 The entrance is located in piazza lauro de Bosis 15 (to the right and in front of the obelisk looking at the Olympic stadium) where you can easily park. All gyms and equipments are sanitized according to the ministerial directives for the prevention of Covid-19.
